Free SAPs

What is it?
SAP stands for Saturday Afternoon Program. Free SAPs is a non-profit project created by FYS with an aim at community service and “Wellness for All”.

Why promote FREE SAPs?
Forever Young Society has a strong belief in the value of giving. Don’t we always feel absolutely wonderful when we do something for others out of kindness without wanting anything in return? FYS believes altruism is one of the oldest and most powerful healing therapies human knows. We can easily see its benefit in any mother’s eyes selflessly looking at their babies. To promote this empowering healing energy and to provide opportunities for people to benefit from it, Forever Young Society is committed in facilitating arrays of classes, workshops, lectures, pro bono services and other events on Saturday afternoon through its centers, chapters, fellows, sponsors and affiliated partners, associates and participants. All of these SAPs are to be FREE of charge or admission and open to all people on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We welcome anyone who wants to volunteer at our Free SAPs and other community service activities. Just call or email us and sign up on the volunteering list.
