Our mission is to facilitate an energizing space that is open, enjoyable, productive and within everyone’s reach where Eastern philosophy and Western methodology sit side by side, ancient wisdom and modern techniques hold hands, science and art embrace one and another, and where body, emotion, mind & spirit reside in harmony.
