FYS believes the ability to feel relaxed and nurtured is one of the most important elements of wellbeing. This is why we care very much about the internal comfort of our fellows. We want your heart to feel like home here, at ease and empowered at the same time. We believe only in this state can real transformation and healing of our body, emotion, mind and spirit take place.
