My Dear Forever Young-ers:

Forever Young Society is not attached to any one specific cultural, philosophical, religious or spiritual system. Our goal is to facilitate a space where any and every style and group can openly and freely express their teachings and practices on health, happiness and harmony through wellness, fitness, creativity and spirituality. It is our desire to present various roads to the mountain-top and different rivers to the ocean, so you, the voyager, can discover for yourself which road or river calls for your very unique journey to your destiny and peace with yourself, your fellow beings and the Universe. This is not to say we do not have a solid foundation on our own. Forever Young Society is founded on the following basic beliefs:

  • We believe every human being is an off spring and outcropping of the infinite Universe. We honor and celebrate the existence of every human life and natural occurrence, as at this level, we are all connected.

  • We believe every existence on earth including human life is enlivened and organized by the energy and intelligence of this Universe. It is the ceaseless transformation between this “invisible” universal energy/intelligence and our “visible” earthy mass/matter creates constant occurrences and experiences in our minds and physical senses.

  • We believe all the systems and functions of human body are a whole, and human being is meant to be a balanced unity of an earthly body, a humanitarian mind and a heavenly spirit… The well-being and evolution of humanity are quite simply based on the very realization and continued growth of this unity.

  • We believe every human being’s primary purpose on earth is to evolve from each one’s unique situation and challenges in life. The continuous process of experiencing, learning, integrating, creating and evolving of the whole being may not be conscious but is encoded in us.

  • We believe every human being is seeded with kindness, acceptance and genuineness, equipped with talents, self-cognition and free will, and motivated by spirit, encouragement and desires. The instinct to give and receive passionate love and unconditional compassion is inherent.

  • We believe every human being desires to feel free, unique and youthful, and everyone desires to have a fit body, a sound mind, and a peaceful belonging. The yearning for abundant energy and a healthy, happy and harmonious life is undeniable.

  • We believe the ancient wisdoms from the East and modern sciences of the West have come closer and closer in their findings about the universe and our existence, provided us with sufficient insights to the ‘secret’ of cultivating and staying in a vibrant and limitless state of being. Living a much prolonged life with expanded consciousness and fulfillment is a reality here-and-now, and it is available to everyone who desires and pursues it.

  • Last but not the least: we believe the unification of like-minded people can create group energy far more powerful than the sum of each individual’s own. By acknowledging and acting together upon our shared desires to rejuvenate, evolve and be free, we will create greater awareness, initiatives and effects to alleviate the man-made dis-eases, imbalances and barriers, ultimately heighten our human experience and existence.
I may have not met you in person yet, but I feel I already know you. I know you can feel me too as you read this and connect into the group energy field of our Forever Young Society. This is our energy field, created with our shared impulses and frequencies. So, please tune in. The secret code is fearless honesty and loving acceptance.

Making Forever Young Society a reality for myself and others is a decade-old dream finally comes true. I cannot describe fully in words how I feel. But I know from one voyager to another, you already know.

My heart is open and Forever Young Society is too. We welcome you with total acceptance and sincerity. Thank you for sharing your experience, strength and energy with us. Above all, thank you for consciously being a part of us.
